What is NFG Bay?

NFG Bay is an independent business-management platform designed to connect customers, work, money, people, operations and reporting in one system.

Does NFG Bay sell my information?

No. NFG Bay does not sell personal information for money and does not exchange it for targeted advertising.

When does NFG Bay share information?

Only in limited circumstances: when a customer directs us, with service providers needed to operate NFG Bay, for valid legal or safety needs, or during a protected business transaction. See the Privacy & Data Policy for details.

Who owns the data in a business workspace?

The customer organization retains control of its business data, subject to its agreement with NFG Bay and applicable law. Workspace administrators determine who can access records inside their organization.

How does NFG Bay protect data?

The platform is being designed with role-based access, audit history, secure sessions, encryption, backups and incident procedures. Final security and certification claims will be published only after they are independently verified.

Can I access, export, correct or delete my data?

Our goal is to provide practical account and workspace controls. Rights and request procedures depend on applicable law, the customer organization's instructions and verified identity.

Is NFG Bay an independent company platform?

Yes. NFG Bay is being built as its own business-management product, with its own purpose, customers, roadmap and identity.

Which industries can use NFG Bay?

The platform is designed for professional services, retail and wholesale, transportation and logistics, field operations and multi-location organizations, with focused launch markets selected over time.

Is the pricing final?

No. Pricing shown on this preview site is illustrative and must be confirmed before customers are charged or contracts are accepted.

How do I register my company?

Open Company signup, create your administrator account, confirm your email if prompted and submit your company details for review. Team members joining an existing company can request access from the workspace sign-in page using their company code.

Will NFG Bay work offline?

Offline workflows are part of the product direction. Exact availability will depend on the module, device and confirmed release plan.

How do I contact support?

Sign in and open the Support Center to submit a ticket to your company and follow its replies. Your company admin or designated support manager can approve and forward a ticket that needs NFG Bay assistance. If ticket submissions are paused or you cannot sign in, contact your company administrator.

How many companies or locations can I add?

Your company can add up to two companies or locations under its account. A company admin can request approval to unlock additional entries from the workspace.

VINs, invoices and company history

Is a VIN required?

Yes. Fleet and workshop vehicles require a complete 17-character VIN when created or edited. Vehicle repair projects also require a VIN. Existing incomplete records remain available to correct; never use a made-up VIN.

What can other companies see in VIN history?

Only the VIN, reviewed repair note, date and warranty. Raw notes are private until an authorized reviewer removes identifying details and shares a summary. NFG Tuning summaries follow the same rule.

How do I filter or brand invoices?

Open Invoices to filter by invoice dates, number, customer or status. Open Invoice branding to upload your company logo and set business details, payment terms and footer notes.

Who changed a company record?

A company owner or administrator can open Company activity log and filter by date, person, action or record. Recorded changes show before and after values where available.

Can I decode a DOT or MC number?

Yes. Open DOT / MC lookup, choose the number type and enter the carrier number. Results show available FMCSA names, registration details, business address, docket numbers and fleet information. The public lookup does not need an API key. You can copy the details after checking the match.
