Workspace guides

Workspace essentials

Sign in at nfgbay.com/workspace. If you are joining a company, use its company code and wait for administrator approval. Open My work for your assigned tasks, or Search workspace to find records your role can access.

Open workspace essentials →

Scheduling and service

Open Scheduling & service for visits and time entries. Use Job board to review work status and Inventory & purchasing for stock records. An administrator must enable editing before you can save changes.

Open scheduling and service →

Invoices and payment options

Open Invoices to review billing. Administrators can configure payment options and connect a merchant account. A checkout return is not proof of payment; review the recorded payment status before treating an invoice as paid.

Open invoices and payment options →

Company administrator setup

Open Company setup for business details and invitations, Team & access for membership approvals, and Account security for your authenticator. Two combined locations or subsidiary entries are included; request a larger allowance under Companies & locations.

Open company administrator setup →

Integration access

Integration access requires approval for your company. Read the Developers page for the current availability and supported operations. Never put secret service keys into a browser or share them in support messages.

Open integration access →

Customer portal

Your company administrator must grant portal access and explicitly share records with you. Sign in to the Customer portal to view those records. Other customers’ records are not available through your portal account.
