Open NFG-Bay.exe for your company's CRM, jobs, invoices, inventory, HR, accounting and other enabled modules.

Uses the live website in an app window. The same sign-in and permissions apply, and website updates carry through.

Built for the counter

Open NFG-Bay-POS.exe for larger touch controls, barcode scanning, cart, cash sales, stock tracking, shifts, receipts and payment tools and full-screen mode.

POS includes walk-in and held carts, partial payments, item returns, store credit, gift cards, loyalty points, location stock transfers and cash reconciliation. Purchasing, receiving, stock counts, dealer pricing, barcode labels, receipt search, closing reports and hardware setup are available under register tools. Enable Point of sale for the company and use an authorized billing role.

Get started

  1. Download and extract the Windows package.
  2. Open the workspace or POS launcher and sign in with your own account.
  3. Save a record online; idle record lists and registers refresh automatically on connected devices.

For a Windows-installed app without the unsigned launchers, open the workspace in Edge and choose Install app. You can pin it to Start or the taskbar.

Preview release: executables are unsigned and have not yet been run on physical Windows hardware. No offline checkout, direct card-reader/cash-drawer integration, or silent receipt printing is included. Test your tablet and peripherals before production checkout. Do not disable security protections if Windows blocks a launcher; use Edge installation instead.
